Why do we offer pre-order on our products?
At Ivy & Lace, we design and produce each piece with intention. By offering pre-orders, we’re able to make your intimates to order, not mass-produce them. This helps us reduce waste, ensure every item meets our quality standards, and give each piece the attention it deserves. It also means your lingerie is freshly made, not sitting in storage waiting for a home.
How long do pre-orders take?
From the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your door, our pre-orders usually take 15–20 business days. Because each piece is made just for you, this timeline allows for production and quality checks before shipping. During busy periods, like holidays or launch weeks, it may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated every step of the way.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because all of our intimates are made to order, we don’t offer returns for change of mind. Each of our products come with a hygiene sticker. Once this is removed, return is no long possible. This helps us maintain our quality standards and reduce waste.
However, if your item arrives faulty or not as described, we’ll make it right. Simply contact us within14 days of receiving your order, and our team will arrange an exchange or replacement as quickly as possible.

Our lingerie range currently includes sizes S - 3/4XL, AU 10 – 24 and cup sizes B – E, with each piece tested on real women across multiple body types to ensure comfort, support, and the perfect fit.
