Pre-Order Policy

Some Ivy & Lace pieces are available via pre-order so customers can secure their preferred size before stock arrives.
This approach allows us to produce responsibly, reduce waste, and offer a wider range of inclusive sizing.
What Pre-Order Means
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving your piece from an incoming production shipment.
Your item will be dispatched once it arrives at the Ivy & Lace warehouse.
Estimated Timeframe
Typical pre-order timeline:
• 2–3 weeks for stock to arrive to Ivy & Lace
• 3–5 business days for shipping to customers
Estimated delivery timeframe: approximately 2–4 weeks from purchase date.
We always aim to ship sooner where possible.
If unexpected production or freight delays occur, we will notify you and provide updated delivery estimates.
Payment
Payment for pre-order items is taken at checkout to secure your selected size and style.
Shipping
Once your item arrives at our warehouse, it will be shipped using your selected shipping method.
You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Mixed Orders
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will ship once all items are available.
If you would prefer your in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Returns
Pre-order items follow the same return conditions as our Returns Policy.
Eligible items (such as bras) may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they meet our return conditions.
Returns are issued as store credit only.
Due to hygiene standards, underwear, briefs, bodysuits and shapewear are final sale and cannot be returned.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our team.
Approved cancellations will be issued as store credit.
Faulty Items
If a pre-order item arrives faulty or incorrect, we will repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
