Fit Expectations

Lingerie fit can vary depending on body shape, fabric stretch, and personal preference.

While we provide detailed size guides and product descriptions, individual fit may vary from person to person.

If you are unsure about sizing before placing an order, we encourage you to contact us for assistance.

Our Ivy & Lace Fit Promise allows eligible bras to be returned for store credit if they do not fit correctly, provided return conditions are met.

Fabric & Stretch

Many Ivy & Lace garments are made from stretch fabrics such as lace, elastane, and nylon blends.

These fabrics are designed to provide flexibility and comfort and may:

• Stretch slightly with wear
• Feel different depending on body shape and fit
• Appear slightly different from product images due to lighting and screen displays

This is normal behaviour for stretch lingerie fabrics.

Colour & Appearance

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.

However, colours may vary slightly due to:

• Lighting conditions during photography
• Screen or monitor settings
• Fabric dye variations between production batches

Minor variations in colour or texture do not indicate a product fault.

• Avoiding bleach or harsh chemicals
• Air drying only

Improper washing or drying may cause damage to delicate fabrics such as lace or elastics.

Damage caused by incorrect garment care is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Over time, natural signs of use may occur, including:

These changes are normal for lingerie garments and do not indicate a manufacturing defect.

Product Faults

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will assess the issue and provide a solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
