Returns & Exchange Policy

At Ivy & Lace, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We offer a 14-day return window, free return shipping within Australia, and no restocking fees on eligible items.

Due to hygiene standards, some items cannot be returned.


14 Day Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

The return window begins from the date your order is delivered.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With all swing tags attached
• Hygiene seals intact (where applicable)
• Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or marks

Items returned with signs of wear, makeup marks, deodorant, perfume, or missing hygiene seals will not be accepted.

If returned items do not meet these conditions, the return may be declined.


Eligible Return Items

The following items may be returned if they meet the above conditions:

• Bras
• Bralettes
• Lingerie tops

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.


Final Sale Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Underwear / briefs / thongs
• Bodysuits
• Shapewear

Please refer to the Size Guide before purchasing. If you need help choosing your size, we are always happy to assist.


Free Return Shipping

Free return shipping applies to eligible returns within Australia only.

Return instructions will be provided once your return request has been approved.


Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit.

Store credit:

• Has no expiry
• Can be used on any product on our website
• Is issued once the returned item has been received and inspected


Ivy & Lace Fit Promise

We understand that finding the perfect bra fit online can take a little trial and error.

That’s why we offer our Ivy & Lace Fit Promise.

If your first Ivy & Lace bra doesn’t fit quite right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it meets our return conditions.

We’ll issue store credit so you can try another size or style and find your perfect fit.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the fault

If confirmed faulty, we will offer one of the following:

• Replacement item (subject to stock availability)
Full refund to your original payment method

This is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
