At Ivy & Lace, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our processing times, shipping options, and delivery policies.


Processing & Dispatch Times

In-stock items

Orders for in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.


Pre-Order Items

Some Ivy & Lace items may be available via pre-order.

Pre-orders allow customers to secure their preferred size while stock is on its way to our warehouse.

Typical pre-order timeline:

2–3 weeks for stock to arrive to Ivy & Lace
3–5 business days shipping to customers

Estimated total delivery timeframe: approximately 2–4 weeks from purchase date.

If unexpected production or freight delays occur, we will notify you and provide updated timeframes.

Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order)

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped once all items are available.

If you would prefer your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

All prices are in AUD and include GST.

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on location. Rural and remote areas may take longer.


Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking email from Australia Post so you can follow your parcel's journey.

If you cannot locate your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We will do our best to update your address before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.


Delivery Delays

While most parcels arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

• Carrier disruptions
• Extreme weather
• Peak shipping periods or public holidays
• Remote delivery locations

If your parcel appears delayed, please contact us and we will assist with tracking and investigations.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

• Photos if the item arrived damaged
• Any relevant details

We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


International Shipping

At this time, Ivy & Lace ships within Australia only.

We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
