Our Promise

Finding the right fit in lingerie is personal. We know that, and we want you to feel completely confident when you order with us — even on a preorder.

That's why every Ivy & Lace order comes with our 14-Day Fit Guarantee. If the size isn't right, we'll exchange it. No drama, no judgment, just the right fit.

How It Works

Step 1 — Try it on When your order arrives, try it on over fresh underwear with the hygiene liner and tags still in place.

Step 2 — Contact us within 14 days If the fit isn't right, email us at tarsha@ivyandlacelingerie.com within 14 days of your delivery date. Let us know your order number and which size you'd like to exchange for.

Step 3 — Send it back We'll give you our return address. Send the item back in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and hygiene liner intact. Return postage is at your cost.

Step 4 — We send your exchange Once we receive your return and confirm it's in original condition, we'll dispatch your exchange size. Because we're made to order, your new size will always be available.

The Details

• The 14-day window begins from your delivery date, not your order date.
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and hygiene liner intact. For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns that don't meet these conditions.
• This guarantee covers size exchanges only — not change of mind on style or colour.
• We offer exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds under this guarantee.
• Return postage is the customer's responsibility. We cover the cost of sending your exchange.
• This guarantee applies to full-priced and sale items.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, missing components (including the hygiene liner), or different from what you ordered, that's a different situation entirely and we'll make it right straight away — no questions asked. Email us at tarsha@ivyandlacelingerie.com with your order number and a photo and we'll sort it out for you.

Our 14-Day Fit Guarantee is a voluntary offer and sits alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or replaces those rights.
